Dutch Red® Potatoes have a red outer skin with yellow flesh, featuring a waxy texture and buttery flavor, similar to the Dutch Yellow® Potato.

Cook these potatoes in almost any way imaginable; bake, broil, roast, grill, simmer, steam, sauté or boil. To preserve the nutrients in these wonderful tubers, leave the skins on and scrub gently in water before using.
