Purple Brussels Sprouts are a much sweeter tasting heirloom variety than regular green Brussels Sprouts. They also retain their purple color when cooked. Like their green cousins, they are low in calories, yet high in fiber and packed full of vitamins and minerals. In fact, there is more Vitamin C in Brussels sprouts than in an orange! 

Purple Brussels Sprouts will add a splash of rich color to slaws; sauté, braise or roast with other vegetables. Product of California.

Choose sprouts that have tight, small heads with no wilting or discoloration. Fresh sprouts can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
